Refund policy

Returning Products

If you change your mind, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Please notify us at info@gouraki.gr, including your order number and the products you wish to return. Send the products back within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.

Please package the products securely, preferably in their original packaging, including any labels and proof of purchase. We may deduct an amount from your refund if the products have diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Personalised Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as lucky charms engraved with a name or personal message. Your rights in the event of a defect or an error in fulfilling your order remain unaffected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@gouraki.gr, attaching photographs where possible. We will arrange the return at no cost to you and coordinate a replacement or refund.

Minor variations resulting from the handmade nature of our products or differences in screen displays do not, in themselves, constitute a defect, provided the product matches its description and agreed characteristics.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original delivery costs up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offer. Any additional charges for a more expensive delivery option you selected are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, with your agreement, we will refund you by bank transfer to an account you specify. Please provide your IBAN and the account holder’s name. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Legal Guarantee

Products are covered by a two-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. If a product is faulty or does not conform to the agreed characteristics, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.
